Siddhata Patil, newly crowned MS Universe USA 2026, represented California on the national stage. A former MS South Asia World 2025, she holds a Master’s in computer engineering and works as a Senior BIOS Engineer in Big Tech. Siddhata coaches aspiring engineers on cracking technical interviews and serves on the Board of Directors for the SPS Foundation, which supports children’s education. She is also a certified nutritionist from Stanford Medicine. She volunteers with a women-led Bay Area nonprofit assisting survivors of domestic violence and now dedicates her time to coaching young girls in self-defense and safety.

• As a Senior BIOS Engineer at Microsoft, I work on the foundational firmware that ensures our servers power on securely, run reliably and scale seamlessly. What excites me most is working at Microsoft, a company that not only leads the world in technology and innovation but also creates a culture of collaboration, inclusion and impact. From empowering every person and organization on the planet to achieve more, to championing sustainability and accessibility, Microsoft inspires me to bring my best every day both as an engineer and as a leader.
